We Gladly Accept Payments via PayPal. We do not accept payments from international PayPal accounts. Your PayPal account must be US based. Our normal business hours are from Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on the weekend, and most major holidays. It usually takes 24-48 hours for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Please note: processing time is not the same as transit time. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following Monday. Shipping companies do not do pick-ups or make deliveries on the weekends.
Please allow between 5-7 Business Days for shipping transit time. We use the following carriers and methods. Fedex, USPS Priority, USPS First Class, UPS. Tracking is normally provided, however may not be available with certain shipping methods. Domestic Shipping to the continental USA 48 States is always free.
Free Domestic Shipping is only available to any physical address (not a PO Box) that is located in the lower 48 states.

Shipping to APO/FPO's: In order to get a quote please e-mail us with your APO/FPO zip code first. We will respond with the shipping cost. You may return merchandise purchased from mssecurityinc for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy below are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). An RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.
Returns should be double boxed, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly visible on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.
Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number and/or UPC codes will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
Refunds / Exchanges
A processing fee of 15 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund.
If you purchased a product from mssecurityinc that you wish to exchange for an alternative, for speedier receipt of your exchange you can place a new order for the desired item and when we receive the original back we will issue your refund. If time is not an issue you can send back the original and upon receipt we will ship your exchanged item. Processing fees may be waived on exchanges, ask our service department about this when processing your exchange.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with no processing fee. You may also return a defective item for a refund.

For 12 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge. In the event that a product needs repair after one year from receipt of order, Micro System Security, inc. will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling.
Note: batteries and transformers are not covered under this warranty.

All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt. A damage claim will be filed on your behalf and we will replace the item immediately once the claim is approved.
If the merchandise is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and note the manifest as such.
Contact our service department and an immediate replacement order will be prepared for you.
If you are refusing the delivery of the item and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery both ways.
